The Festival Academy (an initiative of the European Festivals Association – EFA), calls for applications for the 15th Atelier for Young Festival Managers, to take place from 23 to 29 March 2019 in Valletta, Malta, organised in partnership with Festivals Malta. Up to 35 participants will gather in Valletta for an intense 7-day programme to have a global conversation about today’s challenges and the role art and culture can play in these.

Festival Production Management Training 2019 – Apply here by 19 October 

Production managers are invited to apply for the Festival Production Management Training 2019,  starting withModule I taking place in Antwerp, BE (16-19 January 2018) organised in partnership with deSingel International Arts Campus

The 3 module programme explores all phases of producing an artistic work: 

  • Module I: a 4-day workshop with panel discussions, sharing tips, tricks and experiences with peers and experts, study visits, meetings with artists and an extensive cultural programme. 
  • Module II: a practical, hands-on placement at a festival across the globe (minimum one week) 
  • Module III: a 3-day concluding session
