The 3rd edition of “Les Etats Généraux de la culture au Maroc” ended on Saturday 11 November 2018 in Tiznit, by an unforgettable concert of Idir, the legend of the kabyle music, preceded by Hassan Idbassaid and his guests Aziz Sahmaoui and Karim Ziad, and DJ Serhane.
This year, the “Etats Généraux de la culture au Maroc” was hosted by “Association Tiznit des Cultures Urbaines” within the framework of the 8th edition of its festival Amur’Art, and we thank them very much for their welcome and collaboration.
Beside the Moroccan cultural actors, Racines had the pleasure to receive guests from different countries in Africa (Rwanda, Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Tunisia, Egypt, Ethiopia), the Middle-East (Lebanon, Jordan), and Europe (France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Poland, Turkey). The multidisciplinary programme gathered a large and varied audience around high quality speakers, high standard trainers (forum theatre, graffiti, cultural projects management), talented artists (music, photography, storytelling, graffiti) and arts and culture association from Souss Massa region and beyond.
