DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASS
-
Experiments will emerge out of studies of space developed in-situ on the inspiring landscape of Kefalonia island (aural spaces, colors of the landscape, etc.).
-
Participants will partake in daily theoretical seminars, practical workshops, and site-specific action-performances.
-
Participants will experiment with their sense and perception of space using creative techniques.
-
Participants will learn how to develop a conceptual framework for an individual project in which the artistic process is central to the creation of the piece.
-
Time will be allotted for the development of participants’ projects.

Technical support in video, photography, field recording, action, performance, installation, drawing and sculpture will be given by instructors.
-
A public exhibition of the participants’ projects will be organized at the end of the master class.
