Mehdi Azdem, Racines’ general Manager, has been throughout July in Econcult at the University of Economics in Valencia (Spain). His stay allowed him to deepen his research on cultural policy issues and to meet local actors and professionals from Valencia.

These exchanges and investigations are part of the Trans-making project, which brings together artists, academics, researchers and cultural and associative actors around the world to reflect on ways of mutual collaboration. For Mehdi Azdem, his field of research is related to cultural economy, public policies of culture and new models of financing culture.
