Racines at the 30th edition of the COPEAM

From 26th to 28th April, Racines aisbl, represented by Aadel Essadani and Rajaa Essaghyry, participated in the 30th annual COPEAM Conference on “Digital Cultures and New Audiovisual Languages”, which was organised in partnership with Radio France and the City of Montpellier.
More than 200 participants, including delegates from public broadcasters, journalists and operators from the audiovisual and cultural sectors, were in attendance.
The conference addressed major changes in the media sector in recent years, with a focus on new ways of creating, distributing and consuming audiovisual content. Several side events were also organised in different symbolic locations in the city. In total, the conference gathered 27 public media from 19 countries, 25 nationalities represented, 4 COPEAM partner Public Media Unions (ASBU, UAR, ABU, EBU) and 3 international institutions (UfM, FIDA, FAL).
