STEP travel grants – MENA call

WHO WE ARE:
STEP travel grants support creative and critical artists and cultural workers travelling Europe and neighbouring countries.

WHAT WE DO:
We support individual artists and cultural workers for international return travels. Since 2003, STEP has supported more than 2,300 trips across 59 countries. We welcome applications from Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestinian Territories, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey.

STEP wants to build a society with greater solidarity, participation, equality and a stronger sense of social justice.

THE PROJECTS WE LOOK FOR:
The most important thing: you share the result with other people at home and abroad, who can learn and benefit from it. For example:
You work together with a partner organization on a new project. Or…
You attend an artist-in-residency programme and share your work with a bigger audience. Or…
You bring a workshop you have created to a new audience in another country.
