Racines célèbre pour la deuxième fois au Maroc la Journée de la Liberté de la Musique (Music Freedom Day), le 3 mars 2017 au Bistrot du Pietri à Rabat, par un débat et un concert.
Le débat aura lieu à 19h sur le thème: « Femmes artistes et liberté d’expression et de création artistique » avec la participation de Naima Zitan (metteur en scène et directrice du Théâtre Aquarium), Noor (danseuse) et Dounia Benslimane (directrice de Racines). La modération sera assurée par Sara Soujar, activiste pour le genre.
Le groupe “Loon band au féminin” se produira à partir de 21h (Entrée libre).
En 2016, Freemuse a recensé 1 028 cas d’attaques envers des artistes ou des violations de leurs droits dans 78 pays. Ces chiffres illustrent la menace de plus en plus forte qui pèse sur la liberté de création artistique.
Dans plusieurs pays, y compris au Maroc, les femmes artistes peuvent être victimes de marginalisation sociale, culturelle et économique. Elles doivent s’adapter à des conditions particulièrement difficiles et sont victimes de discrimination dans l’industrie musicale, de chosification sexuelle et sont moins souvent programmées que les artistes masculins.
Initié par Freemuse en 2006, Music Freedom Day est une manifestation commune pour soutenir les musiciens persécutés, poursuivis en justice et emprisonnés, dont le seul crime est d’être critiques envers les autorités et de défendre leur liberté d’expression à travers leur musique. Dans le monde entier, le droit à la liberté d’expression des musiciens et des compositeurs est violé, et le soutien apporté chaque année par Music Freedom Day incarne la volonté de promouvoir et de défendre les droits universels de composer, de faire de la musique et de participer à des activités musicales.
En 2017, Music Freedom Day sera célébré au Maroc et ailleurs : au Sénégal, au Kenya, en Afrique du Sud, au Zimbabwe, au Pakistan, en Afghanistan, au Myanmar, aux Emirats Arabes Unis, aux Etats-Unis d’Amérique, en Norvège, au Danemark, en Italie, en Espagne et dans d’autres pays.

تكريما لأصوات النساء
تحتفل جذور للمرة الثانية بالمغرب بيوم حرية الإبداع الموسيقي بالمغرب، الجمعة 3 مارس 2017 ب Le Bistrot du Pietri، الرباط، من خلال تنظيم ندوة يليها حفل موسيقي.
تنطلق الندوة على الساعة السابعة مساء حول موضوع: « فنانات وحرية التعبير والإبداع الفني » بمشاركة نعيمة زيطان (مخرجة مسرحية – مسرح أكواريوم)، نور (راقصة)، دنيا بنسليمان (جذور) و تسيير سارة سوجار (ناشطة بمجال النوع).
سيبدأ الحفل على الساعة التاسعة مساء مع « فرقة لون النسائية« . (الدخول بالمجان).
سجلت فريميوز سنة 2016، 1028 حالة هجوم و انتهاك لحقوق الفنانين عبر 78 بلدا، الشيئ الذي يدل على التهديد المتزايد و المقلق اتجاه حرية التعبير الفني.
في العديد من البلدان بما في ذلك المغرب، تعرف المرأة الفنانة تهميشا اجتماعيا، ثقافيا واقتصاديا. عموما، تواجه النساء الفنانات ظروف صعبة وغالبا ما يكن عرضة للتمييز الصناعي، والتشييء الجنسي و فرص عمل أقل من الفنانين الذكور.
يعد يوم حرية الابداع الموسيقى مبادرة من فريميوز سنة 2006، و هو فعالية مشتركة و قوية من أجل دعم الموسيقيين المضطهدين أو المتابعين أو المسجونين فقط لتكلمهم ضد السلطات وإصرارهم على الحق في التعبير من خلال موسيقاهم. في جميع أنحاء العالم، يتم انتهاك حقوق الموسيقيين و الملحنين في التعبير ولكن الدعم القوي ليوم حرية التعبير الموسيقي خلال كل سنة يدل على الرغبة في مواصلة المرافعة والدفاع عن الحقوق العالمية للتأليف، الأداء والمشاركة في الأنشطة الموسيقية.
هذه السنة، سيتم تنظيم يوم حرية التعبير الموسيقي بالمغرب و بالعديد من الدول، كالسنغال، كينيا، جنوب أفريقيا، زيمبابوي، باكستان، أفغانستان، ميانمار، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، النرويج، الدنمارك، ايطاليا، اسبانيا وغيرها.

IN CELEBRATION AND PROTECTION OF WOMEN’S VOICES
Racines celebrates for the second time Music Freedom Day in Morocco, on the 3rd of March 2017 at Le Bistrot du Pietri, Rabat, by organizing a debate followed by a concert.

In 2016, Freemuse registered 1,028 attacks on artists and violations of their rights across 78 countries, continuing a worrying trend of artistic freedom increasingly coming under threat.
In several countries including Morocco, women performers can be socially, culturally and economically marginalized. Globally, women artists face especially difficult conditions and are often subject to industry discrimination, sexual objectification and significantly less bookings than male artists.
Initiated by Freemuse in 2006, Music Freedom Day (MFD) is a powerful, united manifestation to support persecuted, prosecuted and imprisoned musicians, many of whose only crime has been that they have spoken up against authorities and insisted on the right to express themselves through their music. Worldwide, musicians’ and composers’ rights to freedom of expression are violated, but the strong support for Music Freedom Day every year demonstrates the will to continue the advocacy and defense for the universal rights to compose, perform andparticipate in musical activities.
In 2017, Music Freedom Day events will take place not only in Morocco but also in Senegal, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, UAE, USA, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Spain and more.
