A Racines, Casablanca

Après les interdictions des représentations de « B7al B7al » à Rabat le 13 juin et Tanger les 4 et 5 juillet 2015, les comédiens ont été, encore une fois, interdits de jouer, hier, 15 mn avant le début de la représentation sur la place Boujloud à Fès, après installation du décor et de la technique, répétitions…

La demande d’autorisation avait été déposée auprès des autorités locales et de la Wilaya de Fès, largement en avance et dans les règles de l’art. Malgré nos demandes d’explication sur les raisons de ces interdictions, nous n’avons toujours pas de réponse, celle de Fès était : La décision vient de tomber (« d’en haut » SIC ) d’interdire toute activité dans l’espace public !

« B7al B7al » est une création de la compagnie du Théâtre de l’Opprimé de Casablanca, sur le principe du théâtre forum, en partenariat avec Racines et The Minority Globe, dans le cadre du projet Mix City. Les représentations sont jouées dans l’espace public afin de sensibiliser, de manière ludique, au racisme anti-subsahariens. Le jeu consiste en une représentation théâtrale d’une demi-heure et des interactions avec le public pendant une demi-heure.

A ce stade, Racines invite la presse et l’opinion publique à poser la question de l’accès à l’espace public, de manière générale et pour des formes d’art en particulier. Nous voulons poser la question, simplement, aux autorités publiques, afin de comprendre le pourquoi de ces interdictions à répétitions, sur les règles à observer pour y accéder, le rôle des autorités publiques en terme de sécurité des citoyens et le droit de tous les marocains d’accéder à l’espace public et à la culture. A un moment où l’espace public devient violent et manque de plus en plus de sérénité et de sécurité. Il en va de notre vivre ensemble.

.بعد منعها بالرباط يوم 13 يونيو، وبطنجة يوم 4 و5 يوليو، تعرضت مسرحية « بحال بحال » للمنع مرة أخرى يوم أمس فاتح غشت، قبل 15 دقيقة من توقيت عرضها بساحة باب الجلود، وبعد تركيب الديكور والمستلزمات التقنية

وقد تم وضع طلب الترخيص للسلطات المحلية ولولاية فاس قبل المدة المنصوص عليها قانونيا وحسب المقتضيات القانونية الجاري بها العمل. ورغم جميع المحاولات لمعرفة أسباب هذا المنع والمنع الذي سبقه بالرباط وطنجة، لم نتوصل لحد الآن بأية إجابة. بالنسبة لفاس فقد تم إخبارنا، أن
.هناك قرار من السلطات « العليا » يقتضي منع جميع الأنشطة بالفضاء العمومي

بحال بحال » هي مسرحية من إبداع فرقة « مسرح المحكور » بالدارالبيضاء، على شكل مسرح المنتدى، بشراكة مع جمعية جذور و مجموعة « مينيروتي كلوب »، في إطار مشروع « ميكس سيتي ». تقدم عروض هذه المسرحية بالفضاء العام لتحسيس المواطنين بطريقة سلسة، بمشاكل العنصرية »
.ضد مهاجري جنوب الصحراء. المسرحية تعرض في نصف ساعة ويتدخل الجمهور من خلال فتح نقاش معه في نصف ساعة أخرى

والحالة هاته، تدعو جمعية جذور الصحافة والرأي العام الوطني إلى طرح مسألة الولوج إلى الفضاء العمومي بصفة عامة وولوج التعبيرات الفنية بصفة خاصة. نود بكل بساطة أن نطرح السؤال على السلطات العمومية، بغية فهم أسباب هذا المنع المتكرر، ومعرفة قواعد الولوج إلى الفضاء .
.العمومي ودور السلطات العمومية فيما يتعلق بسلامة المواطنين وحق جميع المغاربة في الولوج إلى الفضاء العمومي و إلى الثقافة، في الوقت الذي يعرف هذا الفضاء تنامي ظاهرة العنف وانعدام الأمن، الأمر الذي يؤثر سلبا على تعايشنا المشترك

After the bans of the performances of « B7al B7al » on June, 13 in Rabat and 4 and 5 July 2015 in Tangiers, the actors were, again, not allowed to play yesterday, 15 minutes before the start of the show on the square Boujloud in Fez, after installing the decor and technical equipment, rehearsals …
 
The request for authorization was filed with local authorities and the Wilaya of Fez, well ahead and in the rules of art. Despite our requests for explanations on why these bans, we still have no answer, except the one given to us in Fez: The decision has just fallen (« from above » SIC) to prohibit any activity in the public space!
 
« B7al B7al » is a creation of the Theatre of the Oppressed company in Casablanca, based on forum theater concept, in partnership with Racines and The Minority Globe, in the framework of Mix City project. The performances are played in public places to raise awareness, in a fun way, on the racism against sub-Saharan migrants. The play consists of a theatrical performance for half an hour the interactions with the audience for half an hour.
 
At this stage, Racines invites the press and the public opinion to question the access to the public space in general and for some art forms in particular. We’re keen to ask, simply, the public authorities, in order to understand why these repetition of prohibitions; what are the rules to be followed to access it, what is the the role of the public authorities in terms of public safety and the rights of all Moroccans to access the public space and culture. Questions raised when the public space has became violent and with increasing lack of serenity and security. It’s all about our living together.
