COPENHAGUE / CASABLANCA, 17 octobre 2016 | Le Maroc accueille souvent des festivals de musique et d’autres événements culturels qui attirent les artistes et les louanges de la communauté internationale. Mais il y a un revers à l’appui du Maroc à la vie culturelle. Les artistes qui outrepassent les «lignes rouges», qui sont vaguement définis, à savoir nuire à la monarchie et à l’islam, le sexe et la sexualité, ou «l’intégrité territoriale» (le Maroc défend sa souveraineté sur le Sahara Occidental), s’exposent à la persécution, à des poursuites et parfois à l’emprisonnement.

Racines a lancé, en janvier 2016, le programme « Le Son du Sud ». كوبنهاجن / الدار البيضاء، 17 أكتوبر 2016 | غالبا ما يستضيف المغرب مهرجانات للموسيقى أو فعاليات ثقافية أخرى تحضى باهتمام الفنانين و ثناء المجتمع الدولي. لكن هناك جانبا آخرا وراء دعم المغرب للحياة الثقافية. الفنانون الذين يتجاوزون « الخطوط الحمراء » التي يتم تعريفها بشكل غامض، كالمس بالنظام الملكي، الإسلام، الجنس والحياة الجنسية، أو « الوحدة الترابية » (حيث أن المغرب يدافع عن سيادته على الصحراء الغربية)، هؤلاء الفنانون يتعرضون للاضطهاد والملاحقة وفي بعض الأحيان السجن.

أطلقت جمعية جذور مند يناير 2016  برنامجها التكويني ( صوت الجنوب) حول مهن المراقبة التقنية و منهجية إعداد المشاريع الثقافية و التسيير الإداري لفائدة شباب جهة العيون الساقية الحمراء. وقد شارك مجموعة تتكون من حوالي ثلاثين مستفيد بالدورات التكوينية لهذا البرنامج أتوا من المدن التالية:  العيون، السمارة، طرفاية و بوجدور. موازاة مع هذا البرنامج التكويني، نظمت إقامة فنية على مدى 6 أشهر، بين مجموعة الفنان باري و موسيقيين حسانيين من المنطقة، تحضيرا لألبوم موسيقي (Fusion )  و جولة فنية…

لقد أطلق برنامج SouthMed CV، وهو واحدٌ من المشاريع التي تحظى بتمويل مشترك من قبل الاتحاد الأوروبي ضمن إطار البرنامج الإقليمي ثقافة ميد ، دعوته الثانية لتمويل المشاريع الفنية والثقافية والإبداعية المبتكرة في منطقة جنوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط وتحديدا الجزائر، مصر، الأردنّ، لبنان، المغرب، فلسطين وتونس. هذا، ويجب أن تركّز المشاريع على دور الثقافة والفنّ ضمن سياقات بيئية اجتماعية وتربوية، وأن يكون لها أثر على المجال العام، وأن تنمي قدرات الفاعلين الثقافيين في منطقة جنوب حوض المتوسط وتعزز التشبيك….

دعوة للتسجيل وتقديم الطلبات أطلقها البرنامج الاحترافي La Fabrique des Cinéma du Monde، الذي تمّ تطويرُه من قِبَلِ المعهد الفرنسي، لمساعدة المخرجين الناشئين والموهوبين الشباب من بلدان جنوب المتوسط  في عرض أعمالهم على المستوى الدولي. ستُوجّه الدعوة للمخرجين والمنتجين من أصحاب مشاريع الأفلام الطويلة العشرة الأولى أو الثانية لحضور هذا البرنامج خلال مهرجان كان للأفلام في دورة 2017. سيتكفّل المهرجان بتغطية كافّة تكاليف الاعتماد والطعام والإقامة والسفر للمخرجين والمنتجين لمدةٍ أقصاها عشرة أيامٍ ابتداء من 16 وحتى 26 من شهر أيَّار 2017…

قد يجد الكتّابُ، قبل أن يصبحوا مُتمكّنين، صعوبة في الكتابة لا سيّما وأنهم يسعون في الوقت نفسهِ لكسب قوتِ يومهم، واستجابة لهذه الحاجة، فإنّ (مؤسسة مايلز مورلاند (MMF تقدّم للكتّاب الأفارقة (بما في ذلك الجزائر، مصر، ليبيا، المغرب وتونس) عددا صغيرا من منح مورلاند للكتابة.ويجب أن يكون مقترح المشروع المقدم لكتاب كامل باللغة الإنكليزية سواء كان خياليا أم غير خيالي للبالغين على ألّا يقل عن 80,000 كلمة، علما أنّ مؤسسة مايلز مورلاند لا تقبل مقترحات لكتابات تشاركية أو مجموعات القصص القصيرة…

تقوم أكاديمية شلوس سوليتيود (Akademie Schloss Solitude) برعاية العلماء والباحثين والفنّانين الشباب والمحترفين الاقتصاديين عبر تقديم مِنح إقامة بحثية، في مدينة شتوتغارت الألمانية، لفترة تتراوح ما بين ثلاثة إلى اثني عشر شهرًا.وسوف تقدّمُ المؤسسة المذكورة للزملاء سكنا مجانيا في استوديو عمل/وسُكنى مفروش ومجهّز لشخص واحد، إضافة إلى مبلغ 1,150€ شهريّا. وسوف تتكفّل المؤسسة كذلك بنفقات السّفر الخاصة بالوصول إلى شتوتغارت والمغادرة منها، لمرة واحدة. ويمكن للزملاء أن يستخدموا استوديوهات الأكاديمية ومعداتها من (خشب ومعادن) تحت إشراف مُديرين مقيمين.

بالنسبة لمن يعرف برنامج المختبر المسرحي في معهد ساندانس، الذي يُقام في ولاية يوتاه، ثمة تغيير هيكلي في دورة عام 2017 (تغيير لعام واحد)، حيث يستمر المختبر هذا العام مدة 17 يومًا (عوضًا عن 21 يومًا)، وسيقوم الفريق الفني لكل مسرحية بتدريبات يومية (عوضًا عن إجراء تدريبات كل يومين. سيصل المشاركون الزملاء (الكُتّاب، المخرجون، إلخ) إلى موقع المختبر في الجبل قبل بضعة أيام من موعد وصول فرقة الممثلين، كي يُتاح لهم الوقت الكافي للتعارف، ولتعريف صاحب كل مشروع بمشروعه إلى الآخرين. وتصل فرقة الممثلين في اليوم الرابع من المختبر، وتغادر قبل يومين من انتهاء المختبر…
