La tournée nationale de SpeakArt a pris fin le 5 novembre. La pièce de théâtre forum « Ma Belle Ecole » s’est jouée dans l’espace public à Oujda, Azrou, Tanger, Rabat, Tinghir, Afourar, Safi, Casablanca, Guelmim, Akka, Tiznit et Biougra, précédée d’une journée d’ateliers de formation des jeunes sur des thématiques liées à la citoyenneté et d’initiation aux techniques du théâtre forum et à l’expression théâtrale.

SpeakArt c’est 12 villes, 5 064 kilomètres parcourus, 12 représentations, 275 participants aux ateliers de formation et plus de 5 500 spectateurs !

Dans le cadre du projet « Li tgal yddar », l’association Racines, en partenariat avec la fondation Heinrich Böll Afrique du Nord-Rabat a organisé une rencontre de clôture du projet le samedi 11 Novembre à Casablanca.

L’objectif de cette rencontre était d’évaluer l’impact direct et indirect du projet « Li tgal yddar », en présence des associations régionales partenaires et des participants aux différentes activités du projet qui se sont déroulées de mai 2015 à octobre 2017.

Un nouveau réseau centré sur les politiques culturelles et artistiques qui touchent les Africains a été créé il y a trois mois. Le Réseau africain des Politiques culturelles a pour objectif un travail de recherches et de plaidoyer pour des politiques culturelles, artistiques et patrimoniales efficaces et adaptées aux différents contextes africains.

Avec 72 membres fondateurs issus de 23 pays africains différents, le Réseau Africain des Politiques Culturelles participe déjà au niveau international au premier Rapport de la Société civile au Comité Intergouvernemental qui coordonne la mise en place de la Convention de l’UNESCO sur la protection et la promotion de la diversité des expressions culturelles 2005. 

Dans le cadre du projet « Transmaking » en partenariat avec Relais Culture Europe, Leila Lansari, chargée de projet à l’association Racines, a effectué un échange du 15 août au 15 septembre à l’association Bunker à Ljubljana, en Slovénie. C’était également l’occasion d’assister à la 20ème édition du festival « Mladi Levi ».
Dans le même contexte, Mehdi Azdem, directeur général de Racines s’est déplacé en début Novembre à la Faculté d’Economie de Valence pour un mois d’échange au sein d’Econcult .Ce passage en Espagne sera l’occasion pour Mehdi Azdem de partager l’expérience de Racines en termes de politiques culturelles au Maroc avec l’équipe de chercheurs d’Econcult. Il s’agira aussi d’une opportunité pour lui de rencontrer les différents intervenants et opérateurs gravitant autour du secteur culturel et créatif à Valence.

1. CONTEXTE ET CADRE :

Nous proposons 2 types de résidences pour l’année 2018 :
– Résidence artistique dans la médina de Tunis avec les communautés
– Résidence artistique dans une école primaire de la médina ou plus généralement avec des enfants

Pour ces résidences l’ART RUE mettra à la disposition des artistes un budget de production et un accompagnement personnalisé, pour développer leur capacité, les aider dans leur démarche artistique, la recherche de financement et l’infrastructure logistique.

Atelier de trois jours pour les jeunes réalisatrices et réalisateurs engagé.e.s dans un projet de premier court métrage – 28, 29 et 30 Novembre 2017.

En décembre 2016, l’Association des rencontres méditerranéennes du cinéma et des droits de l’Homme (ARMCDH) avait organisé la première édition de la Nuit du court-métrage des droits humains, célébrant la Journée internationale des droits de l’Homme (le 10 décembre). Pour la deuxième édition de l’évènement, l’ARMCDH lance un appel à contributions de films à destination de jeunes réalisatrices et réalisateurs, ayant produit un court-métrage questionnant des thématiques liées aux droits humains.

Le Fonds Roberto Cimetta vient de lancer le programme Fil Manfa, fonds d’aide aux lieux d’accueil d’artistes en exil proches des zones de conflits. A ce jour dix artistes sont soutenus à Istanbul, sept à Beyrouth et douze artistes dans le camp de Domiz au Kurdistan d’Irak.

Il n’est pas dans les missions du FRC de s’engager dans l’action humanitaire. Pour autant, son positionnement au centre des échanges internationaux entre européens, arabes et moyen-orientaux lui a récemment donné l’occasion de mesurer la situation de grande précarité dans laquelle les conflits en cours dans la région ont jeté de nombreux artistes et opérateurs culturels. 

Le Lab Théâtre traditionnellement organisé dans l’Utah tous les étés, revient à l’hôtel Fellah en partenariat avec Dar Al Ma’mûn, une résidence d’artistes située à la sortie de Marrakech au Maroc. اختتمت الجولة الوطنية لمشروع « سبيك آرت » يوم 5 نونبر. فقد تم تقديم عرض مسرح المنتدى « مدرستي الحلوة » بالفضاء العام بكل من وجدة، آزرو، طنجة، الرباط، تنغير، أفورار، آسفي، الدار البيضاء، ڭلميم، أقا، تيزنيت و بيوڭرى. كما نظمت، خلال يوم العرض، ورشات تكوينية لفائدة الشباب حول مواضيع مرتبطة بمفهوم المواطنة و تلقين تقنيات مسرح المنتدى و التعبير المسرحي.

« سبيك آرت » بالأرقام: 12 مدينة، 5064 كيلومترا، 12 عرضا، 275 مشاركا و مشاركة بالورشات و أزيد من 5500 متفرج !

 نظمت جمعية جذور، في إطار مشروع « لي تڭال يدار » بشراكة مع مؤسسة هاينريش بول شمال أفريقيا – الرباط، اللقاء الختامي للمشروع  يوم السبت 11 نونبر بالدار البيضاء. 

 كان الهدف من هذا اللقاء هو تقييم الأثر المباشر و غير المباشر لمشروع « لي تڭال يدار »، و ذلك بحضور جمعيات شريكة من مختلف جهات المغرب، و مشاركين سابقين في مختلف أنشطة المشروع الذي استمر منذ ماي 2015 إلى أكتوبر 2017.

تأسست شبكة جديدة تعنى بالسياسات الفنية والثقافية التي تؤثر على الإفريقيين. وتسعى الشبكة الإفريقية للسياسات الثقافية، التي يبلغ عمرها الآن ثلاثة أشهر، إلى إجراء البحوث والعمل على دعم السياسات الفنية والثقافية والتراثية التي تراعي الظروف الإفريقية المتنوعة.

تضم الشبكة 72 عضوًا مؤسسًا من 23 دولة إفريقية، وبدأت المشاركة على مستوى دولي في صياغة تقرير المجتمع المدني الذي سيُقدَّم للجنة الحكومية المسؤولة عن تنسيق تنفيذ اتفاقية اليونسكو عام 2005 لحماية وتشجيع تنوع التعبيرات الثقافية. تدعم الاتفاقية التبادل العادل والمتساوي للسلع والخدمات الإبداعية، وحتى الآن، صادقت 42 دولة إفريقية على الاتفاقية. من جهة أخرى، المنظمات الإفريقية هي المستفيد الأول من الصندوق الدولي للتنوع الثقافي الذي تأسس ضمن إطار الاتفاقية، حيث سيُخصص 46 في المئة من إجمالي التمويل لإفريقيا.

في إطار مشروع « Transmaking » بالشراكة مع Relais Culture Europe، قامت ليلى لانصاري، مسؤولة عن مشروع في جمعية  جذور، بتبادل من 15 غشت إلى 15 شتنبر مع جمعية بانكر Bunker في ليوبليانا، سلوفينيا. كما كان هذا التبادل فرصة لحضور الدورة العشرين لمهرجان « ملادي ليفي Mladi Levi ».
في نفس الإطار،، انتقل مهدي أزدم، المدير العام لجمعية جذور، أوائل شهر نونبر إلى كلية الاقتصاد بمدينة فالنسيا، لمدة شهر في إطار  تبادل داخل Econcult. ستكون هذه الزيارة إلى إسبانيا فرصة لمهدي أزدم لتبادل تجارب جمعية جذور، في ما يخص السياسات الثقافية بالمغرب، مع باحثين من Econcult. و سوف تكون أيضا فرصة له للقاء مختلف المتدخلين والمشتغلين بالقطاع الثقافي و الإبداعي بفالنسيا.

 أطلق صندوق روبرتو شيميتا برنامج «  في المنفى« ، وهي منحة لمساعدة المنظمات المضيفة  التي تنشط على أطراف مناطق النزاع لتوفير المأوى ومساحة العمل والمساعدة للفنانين في المنفى من سوريا والعراق وليبيا واليمن وفلسطين. وتم حتى الآن تقديم الدعم لعشرة فنانين في اسطنبول، وسبعة في بيروت واثنتي عشر فناناً في مخيم دوميز في كردستان العراق.

 إن صندوق روبرتو شيميتا ليس منظمة إنسانية. ومع ذلك، فبحكم موقعه الوسيط بين أوروبا والعالم العربي، كان شاهداً على حالة الهشاشة الهائلة التي ألقت بها الصراعات الدائرة في المنطقة على كاهل العديد من الفنانين الذين يعيشون ويعملون في بلدان تمر حالياً بنزاعات وحروب. وقد أدركنا أن معظم المبادرات المقدمة على هذا الصعيد هي مبادرات عامة لا تولي اهتماماً خاصاً للعامل الجغرافي، وكثيراً ما تقام في مناطق بعيدة عن بؤر الصراع، الأمر الذي لا يلبي تماماً احتياجات الفنانين الذين يعيشون في المناطق الطرفية للنزاع حيث يكاد الدعم أن يكون معدوماً، ناهيك عن استحالة وصولهم إلى أوروبا أو رغبتهم في البقاء أقرب ما يمكن من بلدانهم من أجل المساهمة في إعادة إعمارها عندما تتاح الفرصة لذلك.

The national tour of SpeakArt ended on the 5th of November. The theatre forum play « My sweet school » was performed in the public space in Oujda, Azrou, Tangiers, Rabat, Tinghir, Afourar, Safi, Casablanca, Guelmim, Akka, Tiznit and Biougra, at the end of a day of workshops with the youngsters, on citizenship and the introduction to the forum theatre skills and theatrical expression.

Within the framework of the project “Li Tgal Yddar“, Racines’ association, in partnership with Heinrich Böll Foundation North Africa-Rabat, organized the closing meeting of the project on November 11th in Casablanca.

The goal of this meeting was to evaluate the direct and indirect impact of “Li Tgal Yddar“ project in the presence of the partner regional associations and participants to the different activities of the project that took place from May 2015 to October 2017.

A new network that will concentrate on arts and culture policy that affects Africans has been launched.  The three-month old African Cultural Policy Network (ACPN) aims to research, devise and advocate for arts, culture and heritage policies that are relevant and appropriate to varying African conditions.  

With 72 founding members from 23 African countries, the African Cultural Policy Network is already participating at an international level in providing input into the first Civil Society Report to the Intergovernmental Committee that coordinates the implementation of UNESCO’s 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions. 

Within the context of « Transmaking » project, in partnership with Relais Culture Europe, Leila Lansari, project manager at Racines association, had a secondment from 15 August to 15 September at Bunker association in Ljubljana, Slovenia. It was also an opportunity to assist to the 20th edition of the festival « Mladi Levi ».
Within the framework of the same project, Mehdi Azdem, general director of Racines is spending an exchange month at the University of Economy of Valencia, at Econcult. This trip will be an opportunity for Mehdi Azdem, to share Racines’ experience in terms of cultural policies in Morocco with the researchers of Econcult. It will also be an opportunity for him to meet and network with different people from the creative and cultural sector in Valencia.

The Roberto Cimetta Fund is launching a solidarity programme entitled Fil Manfa for host organisations on the peripheries of conflict zones to provide shelter, workspace and assistance for artists in exile from Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Palestine…To date ten artists are being supported in Istanbul, seven in Beirut and twelve in Domiz camp, Iraqi Kurdistan.

RCF is not a humanitarian organisation, however, we have witnessed how the current conflicts have made life extremely precarious for many artists who were living and working in countries currently at war.

With provided travel and lodging, mentorship from top-notch dramaturgs and advisors, and scheduled rehearsals every other day, take part in this unique experience as we bring the magic of Sundance to Marrakech.

The Sundance Institute Theatre Program provides a unique catalytic process of artistic engagement for independent theatre-makers in the U.S. and globally through a range of artist-driven developmental opportunities that connect, support and sustain artists across their careers.

The European Diploma in Cultural Project Management is a training and learning experience fostering cultural diversity and interregional exchanges as a way of giving culture a stronger place in Europe and abroad.

Through its content and methodology, this pan-European programme is specific in the way that it does not only aim at improving the skills of cultural managers in the field of cultural management, but also at helping participants to develop understanding of these fields in a changing Europe.

Its main aims are to empower the participants and to develop capacities and tools needed for creative cultural cooperation in Europe and abroad.

WHO WE ARE:
STEP travel grants support creative and critical artists and cultural workers travelling Europe and neighbouring countries.

WHAT WE DO:
We support individual artists and cultural workers for international return travels. Since 2003, STEP has supported more than 2,300 trips across 59 countries. We welcome applications from Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestinian Territories, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey.

The European Cultural Foundation (ECF) is a grant-making and impact-driven foundation. Established in 1954 in Geneva, and now based in Amsterdam, the organisation has roughly 30 staff members of a range of nationalities. The objective of ECF, an organisation in the public interest, is to support and promote cultural activities of a European nature.
