Dans le cadre de la clôture du projet MARSAD (Mediterranean Action and Research for Sustainability And Development), Racines a organisé une rencontre sur l’état des lieux des politiques culturelles au Maroc, en Tunisie, en Egypte et au Liban le mardi 5 décembre 2017 à 18h30 à l’Hôtel Imperial, à Casablanca.

Dans la suite de son partenariat avec l’organisation rwandaise Ishyo Arts Centre, Racines a participé à une troisième réunion de travail organisée par l’association à Kigali du 27 au 30 novembre 2017, dans le cadre de la préparation du Plan d’Action National pour la Culture au Rwanda. L’association Kane Ya Makane… lance un appel à manifestation d’intérêt à destination des associations œuvrant dans le champ socio-éducatif et encadrant de manière effective des enfants de 6 à 11 ans . Ce programme s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet Tanouiri Wa Mostakbali, mené en partenariat par la Fondation DROSOS.

La Fondation Alliances poursuit son soutien à la création contemporaine africaine avec le Lcc Program, concours photo biannuel destiné à promouvoir la photographie africaine émergente. A travers ce programme inédit, la Fondation entend donner une impulsion concrète à la création photographique africaine au moyen d’une politique de mécénat culturel cohérente et dans une démarche alternative à celle du marché de l’art.

Le Fonds pour la jeune création francophone, lancé le 15 décembre 2017 à Yaoundé (Cameroun), est destiné à promouvoir le dynamisme de la création à différents niveaux : cinéma, séries audiovisuelles et contenus web. Envisagé comme un système d’aides sélectives, il vise à soutenir l´émergence de nouveaux réalisateurs et producteurs et de d’accompagner leurs projets au stade du développement, de la production et/ou de la post-production. 

Le FRC est une organisation non-gouvernementale internationale (INGO) de droit français, actuellement basé à Paris. Issu de la société civile, le FRC est l’expression de la volonté de professionnels de la Culture et des Arts, d’améliorer la coopération avec leurs collègues de L’Afrique du Nord et du Moyen-Orient et de renforcer ces échanges de manière durable à travers un programme de mobilité multilatérale.

 في إطار اختتام مشروع مرصد – الحركة المتوسطية للبحث حول التنمية المستدامة، نظمت جمعية جذور لقاء حول وضع السياسات الثقافية في المغرب، تونس، مصر ولبنان يوم الثلاثاء 5 دجنبر 2017 على الساعة السادسة و النصف مساء في فندق إمبريال، في الدار البيضاء. كان الهدف من هذا اللقاء عرض نتائج الأبحاث التي أجريت في إطار مشروع مرصد حول السياسات الثقافية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، بحضور الشركاء ومهنيي الثقافة من تونس، مصر، لبنان والمغرب (يمكن تحميل برنامج اللقاء).

حضرت جذور، في إطار شركاتها مع المؤسسة الرواندية « إشيو آرتس سنتر« ، لقاء العمل التالت الذي نظمته الجمعية بالعاصمة كيغالي من 27 إلى 30 نونبر 2017، قصد التحضير لبرنامج العمل الوطني للثقافة برواندا. شارك عادل السعداني، المنسق العام لجذور، بهذه الأعمال، بجوار كارول كريمرا – رواندا – إشيو آرتس سنتر، مايك فان جران – جنوب أفريقيا – الشبكة الأفريقية للسياسات الثقافية و جوشوا نيابيمبي – زيمبابوي – مؤسسة نمبي ترست.

Within the framework of the closing of MARSAD’s project (Mediterranean Action and Research for Sustainability And Development), Racines organized a meeting on the situation of cultural policies in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Lebanon, on Tuesday December 5th, 2017, at 6.30 pm in Hotel Imperial, Casablanca.  

Within the framework of its partnership with the Rwandese organisation Ishyo Arts Centre, Racines participated to the third meeting held by the association in Kigali, from 27 to 30 November 2017, in preparation of the National Action Plan for Culture in Rwanda. Aadel Essaadani, general coordinator of Racines, attended the meeting with Carole Karemera (Rwanda – Ishyo Arts Centre)

Launched as a multi-national civil society initiative, the Roberto Cimetta Fund (RCF) expresses the determination of European cultural and arts professionals in finding solutions to improve cooperation with their colleagues from North Africa and the Middle East, strengthening exchange in a sustainable way via a multilateral mobility programme.

The 5th Annual Women’s Voices Now Online Film Festival is now open for submissions. Starting October 16th through February 5, 2018, filmmakers may submit via Film Freeway  http://bit.ly/2yQnqyj. The Festival celebrates and awards the best films from around the world that highlight women’s rights issues and inspire social change. 

The project Towards Greater Gender Equality: Promoting the Role and Image of Women in the Southern Mediterranean Audiovisual Sector – SouthMed WiA, is designed to promote gender equality and support the film sector in seven Southern Mediterranean countries: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia.

Altofest 2018 will take place in different areas of Naples, the programme will run from 11:00 to midnight. The programme is built through performances, as well as public talks coordinated by the OCr (Critique Observatory) and by meetings with international experts, who are invited to participate in Texture (a platform of debate on cultural strategies and practices). 

Applications for international cooperative projects in the performing arts between partners from the German-speaking countries and partners in North Africa or Eastern Europe can now be submitted! Applications are welcome from theaters as well as independent companies and artists’ groups working in theater, dance, performance, music theater and puppetry.
