Comme chaque deux ans, l’association Racines pour le développement culturel, a besoin de renforcer son équipe et de mobiliser des bénévoles pour l’organisation de la 3ème édition des Etats Généraux de la culture au Maroc, qui aura lieu à Tiznit (Maroc) du 5 au 10 Novembre 2018, en partenariat avec la 8ème édition du festival Amur’Art des cultures urbaines.
Au Maroc, les acteurs culturels approfondissent les liens entre création artistique et territoire(s), à l’échelle locale, régionale et internationale. Depuis les premiers États Généraux de la Culture en 2014, le paysage des arts de la rue et du cirque s’est considérablement transformé et enrichi de compagnies, de projets, d’une fédération marocaine des arts de la rue ainsi que de projets de coopération internationale.
Site-in est un espace d’expression citoyenne et une agora où peuvent se faire entendre des voix différentes. Indépendant, le site est sans publicité, n’est le porte-parole d’aucune mouvance et n’est affilié à aucun mouvement politique. Il est un récolteur de paroles authentiques et souvent inaudibles dont il se fait le relais en invitant les citoyens à manifester leurs idées et partager leurs expériences.
Mehdi Azdem, Directeur Général de Racines a été en déplacement au long du mois de juillet au sein de Econcult à l’Université d’Economie de Valencia. Son séjour, lui a permis d’approfondir ses recherches sur les questions de politiques culturelles et de rencontrer des acteurs et professionnels locaux de Valencia (Espagne).
Le FESPACO a l’honneur de porter à la connaissance des professionnels du cinéma et de l’audiovisuel que les inscriptions pour la sélection des films de la 26e édition, prévue pour se tenir du 23 février au 02 mars 2019, sont ouvertes. Dans le cadre du partenariat entre WIELS et Africalia, l’appel à candidatures pour une résidence de max. 6 mois en 2019 est désormais ouvert uniquement aux artistes des pays africains suivants : Afrique du Sud, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Kenya, Ouganda, République démocratique du Congo, Rwanda, Sénégal et Zimbabwe. La date limite d’envoi des dossiers est le 31 août 2018.
