AMUR’ART festival of Tiznit to host the 3rd edition of “Les Etats Généraux de la Culture” in Morocco

The 3rd edition of “Les Etats Généraux de la Culture” in Morocco will be held from 5 to 10 November 2018, in Tiznit, in partnership with the 8th edition of the AMUR’ART festival organized by Association Tiznit des Culture Urbaines (ATCU).

The 3rd edition of “Les Etats Généraux de la Culture” in Morocco will be held from 5 to 10 November 2018, in Tiznit, in partnership with the 8th edition of the AMUR’ART festival organized by Association Tiznit des Culture Urbaines (ATCU).

The topic of this edition is “Cultural policy in the regions” and it will focus on evaluating the new Moroccan law of advanced regionalization and the role of local governments in developing cultural policies. This 3rd edition will gather Racines’ partners and networks from the MENA region, Africa and Europe to share experiences on cultural policy. The programme will also include training workshops (graffiti, theatre, project management…), artistic programme (music, street theatre, photography, storytelling) as well as an exhibition space dedicated to civil society organizations to show their work and products.
