SOON – “Etats Généraux de la Culture” in the Mediterranean 

The “Etats Généraux de la Culture” in the Mediterranean represents an attempt to organize Mediterranean cultural civil society, in collaboration with public media, universities and institutions in the Mediterranean. An autonomous approach based on constructive “civil subversion”.

The aim of the “Etats Généraux de la Culture” in the Mediterranean corresponds to the definition given by the dictionary to “Etats Généraux”: an extraordinary assembly whose aim is to deal with a crisis. The Mediterranean faces several crises. This first edition will address three pressing Mediterranean challenges: youth, environment and migration. 

The program includes debates, meetings, workshops, live performances, screenings and masterclasses.
